Return Process

  Log into your account dashboard and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
